Architekt systemowy

AVENGA (Agencja Pracy, nr KRAZ: 8448) is recruiting for a Senior System Architect role focused on architecture design and supervision with experience in scalable, secure distributed systems and cloud infrastructure automation.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in system architecture design and supervision.
• Very good knowledge of Java and Spring.
• Ability to design scalable, secure, and fault-tolerant distributed architectures.
• Strong familiarity with architectural patterns and integration practices.
• Experience with cloud technologies and infrastructure automation.
• Ability to conduct code reviews, mentoring, and architectural workshops.
• Collaborate in creating technological roadmaps and risk assessments.
• Experience with end-to-end observability.
• Practical knowledge of API governance, DDD, and Event-Driven Architecture.
• English proficiency at minimum B2 level.
• Must provide services from within Poland.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Agentic SDLC.
• Experience in multi-cloud strategies.
• Advanced practical knowledge of DDD.
• Cloud cost awareness.
• Participation in defining technological standards within organizations.

• Collaborate on and program changes in the Everest system (property insurance).
• Create migration strategies from monolithic to microservice architectures based on private cloud.
• Manage technical debt and incorporate it into work planning.
• Collaborate on defining directions and visions for modern IT solutions.
• Provide guidance and insights to development teams to ensure consistent delivery of business value.
• Offer substantive support to development teams and consult on solution creation.
• Assist in feasibility analyses and implementation assumptions for IT system development.
• Support the design and documentation of system architectures.
• Acquire and implement new technologies.
• Participate in developing standards and maintaining compliance with established standards.
• Assist in activities to improve development processes and foster devops culture.
