• 1+ year of experience as a BI Developer, Data Analyst, or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with Tableau (calculated fields, LODs, parameters, actions).
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with Snowflake.
• Basic knowledge of DBT and GitLab.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and English at B2+ level.

Nice to have:

• Experience in manufacturing or quality control domains.
• Background in report migration or BI modernization projects.
• Familiarity with Agile environments and tools such as JIRA or Monday.com.
• Exposure to data quality testing.

• Rebuild and migrate existing Tableau reports using new Snowflake-based data products.
• Enhance dashboards based on business feedback including filters, drill-downs, trend analyses, and exports.
• Develop and maintain DBT models and manage code in GitLab.
• Perform report validation, KPI reconciliation, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
• Maintain documentation and ensure adherence to data and reporting standards.
