Senior Financial Systems Analyst – Savings Products

This role is for a client in the financial services domain, focused on initiatives around sales and servicing processes for savings products.

• 5+ years of experience in system analysis, preferably at senior level
• Strong command of UML and BPMN, including visual modeling techniques
• Practical experience with Enterprise Architect
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and cross-functional team collaboration
• Experience with REST-based integrations and common communication patterns
• Working knowledge of RabbitMQ
• Proficiency with JIRA and structured backlog management
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to deliver high-quality documentation

Nice to have:

• Additional certifications in system analysis or Agile frameworks
• Experience with financial products or banking systems

• Analyze business needs and translate them into functional and non-functional requirements
• Create and maintain detailed system documentation supporting end-to-end delivery
• Model processes and solutions using UML and BPMN
• Work hands-on with Enterprise Architect to develop and refine analysis artifacts
• Support delivery teams in an Agile environment through backlog refinement and continuous improvement
• Define and validate integration approaches and communication between systems, including REST APIs
• Use SQL for analysis, data validation, and troubleshooting
