Senior Fullstack Developer (React + Java)

Jit Team is a Polish IT company employing over 770 experts delivering innovative IT solutions worldwide. Their client for this project is the largest fintech in Central Europe, supporting the Polish e-commerce leader with 20 million users. The collaboration involves developing deferred payment systems and a proprietary payment method used at large scale with innovative technology.

• Experience as a Fullstack Developer.
• Strong knowledge of TypeScript, React, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience developing and maintaining modern web applications.
• Backend development experience with Java, Kotlin, and Spring Boot.
• Solid understanding of distributed system architecture and integration patterns.
• Knowledge of secure authentication and authorization mechanisms such as OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture.
• Experience with cloud environments, preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Ability to design and develop scalable cloud solutions.
• Practical experience using AI-based programming tools such as Copilot or OpenCode.
• Effective collaboration between frontend and backend domains using modern web technologies.

• Create backend services delivering personalized recommendations.
• Collaborate with Data Science teams integrating machine learning solutions.
• Develop distributed event-driven architecture.
• Process campaign data using cloud computing and queue systems.
• Build high-performance APIs supporting dashboards and market benchmarks.
• Create and maintain scalable React-based microfrontends.
• Maintain accessibility (a11y) and SSR performance of applications.
