Fullstack Developer (React, Java)

• Successful completion of higher education as a qualified IT specialist or university degree in computer science.
• At least 2 years of experience working as a Frontend Developer or Fullstack Developer with React.
• Experience with object-oriented software development in Java.
• Knowledge of web development technologies, including HTML, CSS, and TypeScript.
• Basic understanding of the React framework, Material UI and concepts such as JSX/TSX, Function Components, Hooks, Custom Hooks, and State Management.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, or similar) to improve productivity, code quality, and development efficiency.
• Good familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
• Experience with code testing and quality assurance practices.
• Good communication skills in English and Polish and the ability to work effectively within a team.

Nice to have:

• Communication skills in German is a plus.

• Develop and maintain applications using Java 21 and modern web technologies.
• Build user interfaces using React, TypeScript, and Material UI.
• Implement new features and contribute to both frontend and backend development tasks.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Create and execute tests to ensure software quality and reliability.
• Take ownership of the product and be responsible for the solutions you build.
• Proactively contribute ideas and help create innovative solutions.
• Collaborate closely with developers, testers, and business stakeholders.
• Work in an agile environment using Agile practices.
• Participate in team planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Meet with your team in the Katowice office at least once a month to plan work, collaborate, and discuss progress.
