Senior Business Transformation & Project Management Leader

This position is for a global financial services organization operating within the banking sector, focused on digital advancement and operational excellence in CIB Banking Transformation & Performance.

• 10+ years of experience in business transformation and project management.
• Extensive experience creating impactful business proposals, presentations, and documentation.
• Proven track record delivering complex projects with medium to high scope.
• Strong leadership and influence skills with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to work effectively across diverse cultural environments.
• Strong program, change, and project management skills with timely decision coordination.

Nice to have:

• Certifications in project management methodologies (e.g., PMI, PRINCE2).
• Experience in financial services sector, particularly in banking transformation.

• Lead and influence key engagement initiatives within CIB Banking Transformation & Performance.
• Collaborate with executive stakeholders (GM/MD/Director) across global regions.
• Develop business cases, proposals, presentations, and strategic documents.
• Deliver timely management reports and provide project progress updates.
• Chair steering committee and working group meetings.
• Provide consulting and project management expertise for global initiatives ensuring compliance and risk control adherence.
