Mid FullStack Developer

Our Client is a market leader in the Polish e-commerce sector since 1999, with a user base of over 20 million. The client has a talented IT team of over 1,000 employees focusing on developing proprietary technologies and operates through autonomous teams designing platform components via microservices. Jit Team has partnered with this client since spring 2021 on multiple software development teams. The project involves delivering software at massive scale with a focus on rapid delivery and seamless integration with external strategic partners, through microfrontends, microservices, and event-driven architecture.

• Good programming skills in Java or Kotlin and experience with microservices
• Solid hands-on frontend experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frontend frameworks
• Practical experience with React and component-based frontend development
• Good understanding of REST API principles, JSON, and backend endpoint integration
• Ability to work effectively across both backend and frontend areas and switch between technical contexts
• Strong problem-solving skills and a pragmatic, delivery-oriented approach

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with CI/CD tools, especially GitLab CI
• Experience with Docker and cloud environments
• Understanding of modern UX/UI principles and accessibility standards

• Develop modern AdTech solutions supporting advertising campaign management
• Work across the full technology stack, switching between backend and frontend development
• Build, adapt, and integrate APIs to enable smooth cooperation with external business partners
• Develop new functionalities and adapt existing systems
• Support onboarding and integration of external partners
• Impact development of microfrontends, microservices, and event-driven architecture
