HR Consultant, Googler Experience

People Operations at Google focuses on revolutionizing human resources by finding, growing, and retaining talent, known as Googlers. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 6 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist providing consultation on performance management and workplace concerns.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience working with an AI system or AI-supported tools.
• Experience with cross-functional collaboration, coaching, and mentoring.
• Experience in people programs or large-scale people-related roles.
• Understanding of HR processes with the ability to translate them into strategic business solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and experience with Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) for data reporting.
• Excellent communication, consultation, teamwork, and organizational skills.

• Design and implement innovative, timely, and high-quality organizational and workforce solutions and services.
• Identify opportunities for efficiencies in people processes and approaches.
• Provide consultation to People Operations and stakeholders on HR and Talent programs, services, and processes.
• Deliver transformations of HR and Talent programs to drive organizational success.
• Participate in the design, development, and implementation of projects and programs, including data analysis and reporting.
