PLM Solution Owner

Euvic S.A. is a large IT company with over 5000 employees and 20 years of experience. It operates as an IT services provider with a focus on software for engineering sectors. The role concerns the implementation and development of PLM systems across multiple production companies within a group, managing integration with ERP systems and standardizing engineering processes.

• Minimum 7 years of experience with PLM/PDM systems, including at least 4 in implementation, analysis, or solution responsibility roles
• Participation in at least 2 full PLM implementations from requirements analysis to production launch
• Practical knowledge of enterprise-class PLM platforms (preferably PTC Windchill)
• Experience in discrete manufacturing and design processes: technical documentation, BOM structures, engineering change management, product introduction
• Understanding of PLM–ERP relationships and data responsibilities; experience with at least one ERP system (SAP, IFS, Dynamics 365, or Comarch)
• Ability to conduct workshops and align solutions across entities with varying practices; assertiveness regarding customization demands
• Experience working with management; ability to formulate recommendations and business justifications
• English proficiency at minimum C1
• Willingness to travel to Group plants abroad

Nice to have:

• Practical knowledge of at least one CAD ecosystem (e.g., SolidWorks, Creo, NX, CATIA, or Inventor) and its integration with PLM; for E-CAD: Altium, EPLAN, or Zuken
• Experience from both integrator and end client perspectives
• Experience in multi-location or multi-entity implementations
• Knowledge of a second PLM platform and experience in data migrations and upgrades
• Technical basics in integration: REST, SOAP interfaces, SQL for data analysis, authentication mechanisms and user directories (AD, LDAP, SSO)
• Familiarity with project management methodologies
• PLM platform vendor certifications

• Set direction for PLM development within the Group
• Lead PLM implementations in production companies, from requirements analysis to go-live
• Develop a shared target model for PLM processes and data
• Supervise system configuration and integrations, including ERP
• Conduct workshops and coordinate solutions between companies with differing practices
• Advise management on engineering process standardization
• Connect engineering, IT, and system suppliers
• Prepare business recommendations and justifications for management
• Participate in business trips to Group sites

During the recruitment process, identity verification will be required at subsequent stages. The first working day will be onsite at one of Euvic's offices for onboarding and equipment pickup. The job is 100% remote with occasional business trips every few months.
