Supply Planning Deployment Lead

• 7+ years of Supply Planning experience, preferably within FMCG.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end supply chain planning processes.
• Hands-on experience with o9 Solutions, SAP APO, SAP ECC, and/or SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience in system implementation projects, including design, testing, and deployment.
• Expertise in capacity planning, inventory optimization, network planning, and constraint modeling.
• Experience with reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI, BI platforms, and Excel VBA.
• Ability to translate business requirements into system configuration and planning logic.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Lead Supply Planning project workstreams and key deliverables within the o9 implementation.
• Design and optimize planning processes, data models, and automated solutions integrated with o9 and SAP S/4HANA.
• Ensure accurate modeling of supply planning constraints, capacities, inventory, and network flows.
• Drive testing activities, defect resolution, go-live readiness, and hypercare support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure end-to-end planning alignment.
• Act as the key liaison between Global, Regional, Business, and Implementation Partner teams.
• Support change management and adoption of new planning tools and processes.
