Technical Consultant Microsoft Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

thyssenkrupp Group Services Gdańsk is hiring for a role focused on designing, customizing, and delivering enterprise-grade Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions, aiming to drive CRM transformation and integration in complex enterprise environments.

• Several years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, and Power Platform in enterprise environments.
• Proven experience implementing, customizing, operating, and evolving Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Dataverse, Model-Driven Apps, and Power Automate.
• Experience in Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), release management, deployment processes, and solution governance.
• Experience designing, implementing, and operating enterprise interfaces between CRM and business-critical systems.
• Experience with CRM transformation, migration, and modernization projects.
• Ability to estimate implementation efforts, identify technical risks, and support technical decision-making.
• Experience working in complex enterprise landscapes and cross-functional teams.

• Translate business requirements into robust technical specifications; design, configure, and extend Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Service) and Power Platform (Model-Driven Apps, Dataverse, Power Automate).
• Develop custom plugins, Custom APIs, and Azure Functions using C# and .NET.
• Design, build, and maintain scalable, event-driven interfaces between CRM and business-critical core systems including Azure Logic Apps, Service Bus, REST/OData APIs, and optional SAP enterprise connectivity.
• Implement Customer Data Platform (CDP) concepts using Microsoft Customer Insights.
• Manage end-to-end Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), CI/CD release pipelines in Azure DevOps, enforcing environment governance, security roles, and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies.
• Support technical decision-making, estimate implementation efforts, and articulate solution architecture to technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Continuously evaluate and introduce emerging capabilities such as Power BI, Copilot Studio, and AI Builder.

Dane osobowe będą przetwarzane do czasu zakończenia postępowania rekrutacyjnego i przez okres możliwości dochodzenia ewentualnych roszczeń, a w przypadku wyrażenia zgody na udział w przyszłych postępowaniach rekrutacyjnych - do czasu wycofania tej zgody. Zgoda na przetwarzanie danych osobowych może zostać wycofana w dowolnym momencie. Odbiorcą danych jest serwis Just Join IT oraz inne podmioty, którym powierzyliśmy przetwarzanie danych w związku z rekrutacją.
