• Minimum 4 years of experience independently conducting IT recruitment processes
• English language proficiency at least at intermediate (B2) level
• Independence and creativity in tasks
• Higher education or ongoing part-time studies (preferred fields: psychology, sociology, human resources management, computer science)
• Ability to organize work and prioritize tasks
• Positive energy and good attitude

• Conducting recruitment processes for Polish and international clients across diverse IT positions
• Actively sourcing candidates via Direct Search, headhunting, networking, and internal candidate database
• Collaborating with technical recruiters
• Active participation in industry events
