Cybersecurity Project Manager

apreel Sp. z o.o. is the employer offering a position within their Cybersecurity Practice focused on delivering cybersecurity projects and initiatives internationally, contributing to capability development and business growth.

• At least 4 years of project or program management experience, including independently managing complex technology or cybersecurity projects internationally
• Technical understanding of cybersecurity domains, especially Identity and Access Management (IAM) (e.g., SSO, PAM, MFA), Cloud security, Risk/Compliance/Governance projects, Zero Trust programs, and Vulnerability Management
• Excellent command of written and spoken English (minimum C1 level)
• Proficiency in AI to boost team and personal productivity at work

Nice to have:

• Experience in Cyber Detection and Response or Cyber Threat Management domains
• Project Management education such as PMI or PRINCE and cybersecurity certifications like CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC
• Knowledge of Security IAM products such as SailPoint, CyberArk, Microsoft Entra ID
• Experience working at consulting companies
• Additional European language skills (German, French, Spanish)

• Lead cybersecurity projects and programs ensuring successful delivery on quality, time, and budget
• Define and maintain project scope, delivery plans, milestones, budgets, resource plans, and governance structures
• Manage delivery in a global, matrix organization with distributed project sponsorship and resources
• Ensure harmonized collaboration between internal and client stakeholders across international locations
• Provide transparency on delivery status, capacity, risks, financials, and required decisions
• Develop long-term relationships within internal networks and with clients

Tools used include Jira, Confluence, GIT, Agile and Scrum methodologies.
