Payment Analyst

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Fluency in English, Polish, and Dutch is required; additional languages are optional.
• Preferred 1-3 years of experience or equivalent competencies in pharmaceutical industry or clinical research.
• Preferred previous experience with clinical payment processing.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem resolution skills.
• Working knowledge of PCs, including at least MS Office suite.

Communication:

• Provide exemplary customer focus with awareness of Clinical trials Data Privacy Guidance’s criticality.
• Engage proactively with Business Partners within Pharma/MedTech and other groups to support payment processes.
• Address payment-related inquiries promptly to maintain high satisfaction among external stakeholders.
• Share knowledge and information on payment processes with business partners.
• Escalate concerns timely to appropriate channels according to business impact.
• Support Payments Team on country/regional/global enhancements and efficiencies.

Process:

• Prepare startup activities for new studies accurately and timely per regional/country requirements.
• Perform payment requests on time and accurately as per CTA frequency.
• Track communications and approvals for all payments in appropriate systems.
• Align payment metrics and actions with agreed targets/goals.
• Conduct regular interim and final reconciliations for all payments.
• Take ownership of end-to-end payment coordination and execution for assigned studies.
• Maintain audit readiness and ensure compliance as required.

Technology:

• Support implementation and rollout of new systems for all stakeholders.
• Utilize data quality checks to ensure payment data accuracy across multiple systems.
• Ensure compliance with required trainings and time reporting.
• Troubleshoot and escalate technical issues as necessary.
• Maintain communication tools including email distribution, responsiveness, and prioritization.
