Our client is a leading financial services organization focused on building cloud foundations to enhance global business agility using Google Cloud Platform (GCP), AWS, and Microsoft Azure.

Wymagania

  • At least 5 years of experience in cloud operations or enterprise IT management, preferably within a financial or regulated industry.
  • Proven leadership experience managing teams of 10 or more technical staff.
  • Deep knowledge of cloud infrastructure on AWS, GCP, or Azure, including services such as Compute, Containers (Docker, GKE, COS), Storage, IAM, and SDN.
  • Strong understanding of CI/CD methodologies, network architectures, and security principles.
  • Experience working in global, cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders across multiple regions.
  • Demonstrable expertise in risk and compliance management, audit processes, and enterprise standards.
  • Certifications such as AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud certifications are a strong plus.

Nice to have:

  • Additional certifications in cloud, security, or project management.
  • Technical knowledge in Directory Services, GCP resource hierarchy, firewalls, and enterprise networking solutions.
  • Experience operating in highly regulated environments, such as financial services.

Obowiązki

  • Manage and develop a globally distributed DevOps team, including setting objectives and conducting performance reviews.
  • Define and refine support scope for cloud platforms to meet operational and security standards.
  • Lead management reporting, KPI tracking, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Oversee incident escalations, troubleshooting, and problem resolution to ensure high platform availability.
  • Ensure compliance with security policies, risk management frameworks, and auditing requirements.
  • Collaborate with security, architecture, and service management teams on design decisions and governance.
  • Maintain knowledge bases, document key decisions, and gather stakeholder feedback to improve processes and tools.
  • Drive operational excellence and implement change initiatives aligned with best practices and regulatory standards.
