Measurement Implementation Expert, gTech Ads, GCS (Polish, English)

gTech Ads is a team responsible for supporting customers across Google's Ad products stack, providing technical and media services including account setup, ad campaigns implementation, measurement solutions, and consultative support. They collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to develop better solutions and enhance client experience globally.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in marketing analytics, return on investment, and statistical analysis.
• Experience translating raw quantitative data into actionable insights.
• Fluent communication skills in Polish and English.

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's degree.
• Certification in analytics and digital advertising measurement.
• 5 years of experience with media mix modeling, A/B testing, incrementality, marketing analytics, and advanced Google Analytics integrations.
• Experience with SQL or scripting, building data models or analytic dashboards for large data sets.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with effective time management.

• Develop a deep understanding of client needs and provide optimal measurement strategy with appropriate KPIs.
• Design and execute measurement studies such as conversion lift studies and MMM calibrations.
• Utilize deep knowledge of measurement platforms and advanced analytics to design studies.
• Model results and perform ROI analysis across media plans and channels.
• Collaborate with Account Executives and Media Effectiveness teams to interpret measurement results and identify growth opportunities.
