• 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
• Experience writing clear and comprehensive test plans and test cases
• Hands-on experience with test management tools such as TestRail, Xray, Zephyr
• Good understanding of SDLC and agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
• Knowledge of browser dev tools, network analysis, and debugging techniques
• Proficiency in defect tracking systems like Jira
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in regulated environments (gambling, banking, health tech)
• Proactive approach to quality
• Experience using AI tools for QA activities
• Good spoken and written English (B2+ or higher)
• Native-level proficiency in Russian

Nice to have:

• Experience with test automation frameworks such as Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, WebdriverIO
• Experience testing mobile applications (iOS and Android)

• Analyze feature requirements and participate in planning sessions
• Prepare test documentation including test cases, checklists, and test plans
• Perform manual testing of web and mobile applications (Android/iOS) and PWAs
• Participate in feature acceptance processes before releases
• Maintain and update the test base in TestRail
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies (daily, grooming, retro, planning)
• Communicate with developers, designers, and product owners regarding identified issues
• Contribute to improvement of QA processes and internal standards
