Principal Solution Architect

GFT Poland is a company focused on deep tech IT engineering and consulting with around 1200 skilled experts, 77% of whom are regular/senior level. The company is a Google Cloud Partner of the Year and works on ambitious projects contributing to a sustainable world. The role involves participating in the design and delivery of a next generation greenfield digital bank in the UAE with a cloud-native, domain-led, event-driven, API-first, and AI-native architecture.

• Experience in designing and building software solutions using modern architectures and technologies
• Experience working with public cloud platforms, preferably Azure, AWS, or GCP
• Expert knowledge of Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery practices
• Expert knowledge of Agile principles and methodologies
• Expert knowledge of enterprise architecture, infrastructure, and integration patterns
• Experience designing microservices architectures
• Experience with Kubernetes, containerization, Kafka, infrastructure as code, service mesh, and API gateways
• Knowledge of high availability, disaster recovery, logging, monitoring, and other non-functional requirements
• Advanced knowledge of networking, virtualization, identity management, security, business continuity, disaster recovery, data management, budgeting, and governance
• Ability to translate business requirements into secure, scalable, and reliable solutions
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently with senior stakeholders
• Experience supporting pre-sales activities and creating offering materials
• Experience leading and managing architects, engineers, or cross-functional technology teams

• Collaborate with engineering teams throughout solution implementation
• Support sales initiatives and contribute to proposals and offering materials
• Capture and share architecture best practices across the solution architecture community
