Test & Release Manager

• At least 7 years of commercial experience in software testing and quality assurance
• Strong knowledge of testing techniques and quality assurance best practices
• Hands-on experience with mobile, API, and UI testing
• Experience creating and maintaining test strategies and test plans
• Experience working directly with clients and business stakeholders
• Ability to define testing scope, assess quality risks, and recommend mitigation actions
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Programming experience in Java, JavaScript, or Python
• Experience with test automation frameworks and tools
• Strong understanding of SDLC, QA methodologies, and Agile development practices
• Experience with Git and Jira and test management tools
• Experience creating test documentation, reports, and quality metrics
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of quality decisions
• Experience mentoring junior team members
• Fluent in English and Polish

Nice to have:

• Experience with Appium and Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress
• Experience with REST API testing using Postman/Newman or REST Assured
• Practical experience with TDD and BDD
• Knowledge of CI/CD processes and DevOps practices
• Experience with performance and non-functional testing
• Experience leading testing activities in cross-functional or distributed teams
• Experience working in international customer-facing environments

• Define and maintain test strategies, test plans, and QA approaches
• Analyze requirements and identify testing scope and quality risks
• Execute and coordinate manual and automated testing activities
• Perform mobile, API, and UI testing
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders on quality-related topics
• Prepare test documentation, reports, and quality metrics
• Support automation strategy and framework improvements
• Drive quality initiatives and recommend mitigation actions
• Mentor and support junior QA team members
• Cooperate with cross-functional, Agile teams to ensure successful releases
• Manage release management processes including release planning, defining entry/exit criteria and quality gates
• Manage test environment readiness across the release path
• Support Go/No-Go decisions
