Mid-Level Data Scientist – Power BI & Analytics

The role is for a global research-driven organization operating at the intersection of science, technology, and healthcare. The position is Warsaw-based with a hybrid work model, focusing on transforming complex scientific and business data into actionable insights.

• 4+ years of commercial experience in Data Science, Data Analytics, or a related field
• Strong Python skills for data analysis, processing, and visualization
• Hands-on experience with Power BI and building business-ready dashboards
• Good understanding of statistics, data structures, and analytical concepts
• Strong data visualization skills with attention to layout, readability, and visual hierarchy
• Ability to translate complex analytical findings into clear conclusions for non-technical stakeholders
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Business-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering practical and usable outcomes
• Ownership, intellectual curiosity, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Availability to work in a hybrid model with regular office presence in Warsaw
• Fluent command of Polish and English languages
• Legal right to work in the European Union

• Analyze complex datasets to identify meaningful patterns, trends, and business insights
• Develop data analyses and processing workflows using Python and statistical libraries
• Build and maintain clear, visually compelling Power BI dashboards
• Create Python-based visualizations to support analytical and scientific use cases
• Translate analytical findings into concise and actionable business recommendations
• Collaborate with business and scientific stakeholders to understand analytical requirements
• Present data and insights clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
• Validate data quality and ensure accuracy and consistency of analytical outputs
• Incorporate stakeholder feedback to continuously improve dashboards and analyses
• Support data-driven decision-making through effective analytical storytelling
