Technical Account Manager, Google Cloud Consulting (Multiple Languages)

Google Cloud provides enterprise-grade solutions leveraging Google's technology to help organizations digitally transform and solve critical business problems across over 200 countries and territories.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years in customer-facing roles managing technical implementations or transformation programs.
• Experience supporting customers in cloud operations, technical support, escalation management, or IT consulting.
• Fluency in English and one of the following languages: Spanish, French, German, Italian, Polish, Portuguese.
• Preferred qualifications include MBA or Master’s degree, translating business needs into technology solutions, experience in cloud workload migration, collaboration with diverse teams, and understanding of IT operations, database systems, networking, IT security, application development, cloud-native development, hosted services, storage, or content delivery networks.
• Excellent communication, presentation, problem-solving, and client management skills.

• Accelerate customer adoption of Google Cloud by leading implementations, providing technical guidance, and managing milestones and transformation strategies.
• Advocate for customer needs to overcome adoption blockers and influence new feature development.
• Develop strategic relationships with key stakeholders including C-Suite and IT teams, leading business reviews and executive sessions.
• Plan customer events and launches, partnering with Support, Engineering, and SRE to ensure success during critical periods.
• Develop best practices and assets from customer engagements to support scaling initiatives through partners.
