Senior C Engineer (with C++)

• Minimum 5 years of commercial experience in software development with fluency in reading and modifying C code and experience with C++
• Manual implementation and interpretation of data structures in C (stack, lists, queues without STL), and conscious memory handling (allocation, freeing, variable type selection)
• Knowledge of data structures and algorithms, understanding of mathematical modeling, and experience with complex software architecture and algorithms
• Experience working in Visual Studio
• Basic knowledge of physics of electricity and electronic circuit construction (current, voltage, circuit analysis)
• MSc or PhD in computer science, electronics, or a related field
• English language proficiency at C1+

Nice to have:

• Understanding of systems of equations and math-based algorithms (calculus, algebra)
• Comfort with matrix operations such as transformation, inversion, and addition on large matrices
• Familiarity with electrical and electronic circuit analysis
• Experience with hardware description languages: VHDL, VHDL-AMS, Verilog, Verilog-AMS
• Familiarity with Bash scripting, knowledge of Java, and scripting measurements in TCL
• Experience with EDA-class products and understanding of EDA principles

• Maintenance and development of an analog / mixed-signal simulator, working mostly with existing C code and some C++
• Working on algorithms translating electronic circuits into digital simulations including reflections, disturbances, noise, and electrical states on PCBs
• Participation in international cooperation, including meetings with a US-based team and involvement in code reviews and architecture discussions
