Application Manager (POS & ECOMM)

ITCARD S.A. operates in the payments industry and is located in Warszawa. The role involves supporting the maintenance and development of POS applications, impacting key IT systems related to payment solutions.

• Higher education or ongoing studies (preferred fields: IT or related)
• Basic knowledge of SQL
• Communicative command of English (minimum B1 level)

• Full daily maintenance, management, and verification of POS applications
• Remote resolution of issues with devices connected to IT systems supporting POS business lines
• Implementation and testing of new system and IT solutions in POS applications
• Support and cooperation with key clients regarding POS applications, including ISO clients
• Reporting compliance of devices with payment organization rules PCI DSS
• Contact with merchants and hardware and service suppliers for POS application issue resolution
• Implementation of integrations with cash register systems/fiscal devices
• Training and supporting Service Desk/Help Desk on POS application issue resolution (second line support)
• Preparing and implementing POS application configurations
• Managing the update process of POS applications and TLS certificates
• Managing the TMS application, supervising new functionality implementations and testing
• Creating and updating procedures
