• Fluency in English.
• 5+ years experience in delivering IT infrastructure, workplace, or application projects in complex environments, preferably within Finance, Insurance, or regulated industries.
• Ability to translate business needs and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong project, financial, and change management skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and reporting skills.
• Experience managing project budgets, costs, risks, and cross-functional global teams.
• Strong understanding and experience applying project methodologies including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall in dynamic environments.
• Ability to lead under uncertainty, manage shifting priorities, and thrive in ambiguous settings.
• Collaborative leadership style.

Nice to have:

• German language at a communicative level.
• Knowledge of main regulations impacting regulated industries (e.g., DORA).

• Run and deliver multiple complex IT projects (£1m–£2m), applying appropriate project management methodologies.
• Define project scope, budgets, resources, timelines, and delivery approaches.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business and technical requirements.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and changes, proactively mitigating impacts to project delivery.
• Coordinate internal teams, vendors, and third-party resources throughout the project lifecycle.
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships as the primary project contact.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, forecasts, and reporting; provide regular updates to leadership.
• Ensure compliance with governance requirements and support smooth solution transitions into production.
• Oversee technical implementations and integrations enabling regulatory compliance.
• Manage project lifecycle using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies, ensuring delivery against scope, time, and budget.
