Senior Test Engineer with German

• Practical experience designing, implementing and maintaining test automation frameworks.
• Very good knowledge of quality and software testing standards, including ISTQB and ISO/IEC/IEEE 29119.
• Very good knowledge of Java and TypeScript for test automation.
• Experience with Apache JMeter and Azure Load Testing.
• Very good knowledge of Katalon Studio or comparable test automation platforms.
• Knowledge of Bash and PowerShell for build and deployment pipeline integration.
• Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines with stable, reproducible execution.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes and container technologies for test environments.
• EU citizenship and location in Poland.
• Fluent English at B2/C1 level and fluent German at B2/C1 level.
• Openness to occasional international business trips and office visits in Katowice.

• Regression test strategies and structured test data management.
• Preparing and operationalising test strategies, plans and concepts.
• Agile methods, especially Scrum, integrated with testing activities.
• Test and product quality evaluations using metrics and KPIs.

• Knowledge of Selenium.
• Knowledge of Cypress.
• Knowledge of Playwright.

• Design, implement and optimise test automation frameworks for business-critical applications.
• Develop and execute automated functional, regression, integration and smoke tests.
• Plan and perform load and performance tests using Apache JMeter and Azure Load Testing.
• Integrate tests into build, deployment and CI/CD pipelines with stable, repeatable execution.
• Maintain test strategies, plans and concepts aligned with ISTQB and ISO/IEC/IEEE 29119.
• Define metrics and KPIs for test coverage, defect detection and product quality.
• Manage test data and containerised test environments using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Improve testing processes in a DevSecOps context and collaborate in a Scrum-based team with the client.
• Participate in occasional business trips abroad and visits to the Katowice office.

The position requires EU citizenship and candidates to be located in Poland.
