Measurement Implementation Expert, gTech Ads GCS (French, English)

gTech Ads supports customers globally with technical and media services for Google Ad products, providing bespoke and scalable measurement and marketing solutions. The team collaborates cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering to improve products and customer ROI.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5 years experience in marketing analytics, ROI, and statistical analysis.
• Experience translating quantitative data into business insights.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Preferred: MBA or Master's degree.
• Preferred: Certification in analytics and digital advertising measurement.
• Preferred: 5 years experience with media mix modeling, A/B testing, incrementality, and advanced Google Analytics integrations.
• Preferred: Experience with SQL or scripting, building data models or analytic dashboards from large datasets.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Effective time-management skills in changing environments.

• Develop understanding of client needs and provide optimal measurement strategies, defining key KPIs.
• Design and execute measurement studies such as Conversion Lift studies and MMM calibrations, optimizing for statistical significance.
• Utilize platforms like Ads and GeoX to design measurement studies and analyze attribute lift across media channels to inform strategy.
• Collaborate with Account Executives and Media Effectiveness teams to interpret results and identify opportunities to increase product adoption and investment.
