dmTECH to ponad 1 400 ekspertów z różnych obszarów technologicznych tworzących rozwiązania retailTECH dla dm - jednej z największych europejskich sieci drogerii działającej w Niemczech, Austrii i Polsce, obsługującej 14 krajów Europy.

• Experience in managing IT products in an agile environment.
• Strong knowledge and practical experience with agile methodologies.
• Experience coordinating projects and effective collaboration with stakeholders.
• Proven experience working with external partners and service providers.
• Analytical and conceptual approach to planning and developing digital products and services.
• Willingness to support pilot projects practically, including installation or system support directly in stores.
• Fluent communication in Polish and German (C1) and good knowledge of English (B1).

Nice to have:

• Experience testing technological solutions directly in retail environments.
• Experience working with self-service solutions, electronic article protection, or systems supporting security in retail.

• Provide expert support in projects related to retail security products and goods protection, including AI-based vision solutions, electronic article surveillance, and self-service solutions.
• Coordinate and refine requirements with dm business units, project stakeholders, and external partners.
• Analyze the market and monitor competitive retail security solutions.
• Support pilot projects directly in stores, including installation and support of internally developed dmTECH solutions.
• Support product development based on business needs, user feedback, and pilot test results.
