• Minimum 4-5 years of experience as an independent analyst.

• Good command of English (B2 level or higher).
• Knowledge of UML and BPMN notations.
• Analytical thinking skills and the ability to draw and formulate conclusions appropriately.

• Analyze and translate business requirements and goals into technological solutions.
• Collaborate closely with internal business clients, business analysts, developers, testers, and system administrators.
• Model business and system processes and create documentation.
• Present solutions to stakeholders.
• Coordinate project changes to ensure consistency and compliance with architecture.
• Create analytical and technical documentation using Confluence and Enterprise Architect.
