• 5+ years of Drupal experience, including at least 3 years of professional Drupal web development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Drupal content types, taxonomy, views, menus, roles, permissions, and configuration management.
• Proficiency in PHP, Twig, Composer, Drush, Git, and modern Drupal development practices.
• Experience delivering content-rich websites, portals, knowledge platforms, or public-facing digital services.
• Good understanding of accessibility, usability, web security, performance optimization, and maintainable architecture.
• Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary and distributed teams.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working in international, multilingual, or complex stakeholder environments.
• Strong ownership mindset, attention to detail, and commitment to high-quality delivery.
• Fluent English (C1 level or higher).

Nice to have:

• Experience with Drupal 9, Drupal 10, or Drupal 11.
• Experience delivering projects for public sector organizations or international institutions.
• Knowledge of multilingual Drupal implementations and content translation workflows.
• Understanding of digital service design, content architecture, and UX collaboration.
• Drupal certifications, open-source contributions, or a strong Drupal project portfolio.
• Additional European language skills.

• Develop, configure, and maintain Drupal-based websites, portals, and content management solutions.
• Build and manage content types, taxonomies, views, menus, roles, permissions, and publishing workflows.
• Translate UX designs, information architecture, and content models into scalable Drupal implementations.
• Create and maintain reusable templates and components to support consistent digital experiences.
• Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers, content teams, business analysts, and technical stakeholders.
• Support content governance, editorial workflows, quality assurance, and release activities.
• Contribute to multilingual website implementations and localization processes.
• Apply best practices related to accessibility, security, performance, maintainability, and code quality.
• Participate in code reviews, configuration management, documentation, and Git-based development processes.
• Support solution design discussions and provide technical expertise during project delivery.
