Wymagania
- Fluency in Business English
- University degree, preferably in Computer Science, Business Administration, or similar
- Good understanding of risk management, compliance, and legal applications
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, SQL, cloud computing, and Azure DevOps
- Knowledge and experience in Product and Project Management including financial and stakeholder management
- Experience with ITIL processes to collaborate with infrastructure, operations, solution, and technical architecture teams
- Ability to run product enhancements or development projects
- Familiarity with analytical and conceptual work regarding complex application operation landscapes and architectures
- Assertiveness, self-organization, and proactive attitude
- Target-orientation and willingness to learn
- Strong planning, organizational, negotiation, and mediation skills
- Knowledge of software development, product, and project life cycles from various roles
Nice to have:
- German language proficiency
- Business analysis skills
- Familiarity with Scrum methodology
- Experience working in a global team
Obowiązki
- Driving digitalization and transformation projects, supporting global processes, and enhancing or launching new tools
- Overviewing product cost and budget, managing external staff including procurement and provider management
- Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable system solutions
- Implementing changes and configuring systems
- Partnering with stakeholders to manage product roadmaps and backlogs, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery
- Closely collaborating with IT Project Manager for project enhancement from a product management perspective
- Managing delivery processes including requirements discovery, solution design, user story writing, feature development, and user acceptance testing
- Working across teams and global locations to ensure alignment on feature development and prioritization
- Monitoring and evaluating product compliance and performance for continuous improvement
- Setting strategic product architecture based on requirements and Munich Re Group standards
