DevOps Engineer

AVENGA is hiring a Platform Engineer to join their team responsible for the development, reliability, and daily operation of a platform based on Red Hat OpenShift.

• 2–3 years of professional experience in Platform Engineering, Infrastructure, or Operations
• Hands-on experience with Red Hat OpenShift
• Understanding of GitOps principles
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Proactive mindset with a focus on automation and continuous improvement
• Ability to work independently in an operational environment
• Good command of English
• Willingness to participate in an on-call / after-hours rotation

• Operate and maintain Red Hat OpenShift environments
• Work with GitOps principles, CI/CD, and platform automation
• Identify and automate repetitive operational tasks
• Partner with development teams to understand platform requirements and deliver improvements
• Contribute to platform stability, reliability, and predictable operations
• Troubleshoot and resolve platform-related issues
• Improve operational processes and technical interfaces between teams
• Participate in on-call and after-hours support when required
• Share knowledge and act as a technical point of reference within the team
