IT Operations Engineer

• 8+ years of experience, including 5+ years in IT operations or application support (2nd/3rd line)
• Proven track record owning incidents end-to-end (alert to RCA to prevention)
• 2+ years experience working within ITIL framework (incident, problem, change management)
• Experience in Agile delivery environments collaborating with development
• Excellent English communication skills, C1 level

• Own the RCA process for production incidents including diagnosis, resolution, and prevention
• Continuously monitor service health, detect anomalies, and act to prevent incidents
• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and related tooling
• Maintain stability of Pre-Production and Production environments
• Document operational procedures and knowledge in runbooks
• Collaborate with development and platform teams to triage issues and clarify operational requirements
• Identify recurring issues and propose automation or tooling improvements
• Improve observability with dashboards, alerts, and log queries
• Contribute to service continuity initiatives and disaster recovery drills
