Contract B2B: Business Analyst / Database Analyst

Hays IT Contracting operates on B2B principles, connecting IT specialists to leading technology projects. This position is for a client in the banking industry, offering long-term cooperation and work in a hybrid model with 2 days per week in the Warsaw office.

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
• Experience in the banking sector
• Ability to gather, analyze, and document business requirements
• Experience in modeling business processes and preparing analytical documentation
• Practical knowledge of UML and BPMN notations
• Ability to collaborate with business and technical teams
• Knowledge of tools: Jira, Confluence, and Enterprise Architect
• Experience in data, reporting, or Data Governance projects is an advantage
• Higher education degree (first cycle)

• Identify, analyze, and document business requirements
• Organize and lead workshops and analytical meetings
• Analyze and model business processes and information flows
• Prepare analytical documentation including functional and non-functional requirements
• Collaborate with architects and development teams during requirement implementation
• Prepare test scenarios and support acceptance testing
• Participate in business acceptances and deployment activities
• Support communication and training related to new solutions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine business needs
