Software Engineering & SRE Lead

• 6-8 years of experience in software engineering and site reliability engineering
• Strong software engineering fundamentals and SDLC expertise
• Extensive experience with test automation frameworks and strategies
• Proven track record building and operating reliable, scalable platforms
• Hands-on experience with AWS or Google Cloud platforms
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Experience with Terraform for infrastructure as code
• Deep understanding of SRE principles including SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets
• Experience with observability tools for monitoring, logging, and alerting
• Strong incident management and root cause analysis skills
• Ability to mentor and guide engineering teams
• Excellent collaboration skills across development, infrastructure, and operations teams

• Lead software engineering and reliability across enterprise technology solutions
• Drive end-to-end SDLC processes including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment
• Develop automated testing frameworks to improve software quality and release velocity
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines supporting continuous integration and delivery
• Apply SRE principles to improve system reliability, scalability, and availability
• Establish and monitor SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets for service performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline software delivery and support
• Lead root cause analysis, incident management, and post-incident reviews
• Champion observability through monitoring, logging, alerting, and performance analysis
• Mentor engineering teams on software best practices and reliability engineering
