Oracle EBS R12 SCM Implementation Lead

Our client is an established organisation seeking an experienced Oracle EBS professional to lead critical supply chain and manufacturing implementations. They operate in an environment where strong technical expertise meets collaborative stakeholder engagement, requiring both deep functional knowledge and excellent communication skills across diverse teams. This contract role offers the opportunity to apply expertise across full implementation lifecycles, working with cross-functional teams and Polish-speaking business users in Warsaw.

• 10-15 years of Oracle EBS R12 experience (versions 12.1 and 12.2)
• Proven track record of 2-3+ full-cycle Oracle R12 SCM and Manufacturing implementations
• Strong functional expertise across Purchasing (PO), Inventory (INV), and Order Management (OM)
• Deep knowledge of Manufacturing modules including BOM, WIP, and Cost Management
• Experience with end-to-end P2P, O2C, and manufacturing process flows
• Expertise in item structures, inventory costing, and procurement approvals
• Functional lead or SME experience (not support-focused)
• Business proficiency in Polish (spoken and written)
• Strong communication skills in English
• Experience coordinating integrations, data migration, and RICEFW activities
• Ability to facilitate workshops and produce functional documentation
• R12 upgrades experience (12.1 to 12.2) is advantageous
• Oracle Fusion SCM exposure is beneficial
• Discrete manufacturing or asset-intensive industry background is desirable

• Lead full-cycle Oracle R12 SCM and Manufacturing implementations
• Work with Polish and English-speaking stakeholders across procurement, inventory, and manufacturing
• Drive end-to-end solution design from workshops through to go-live
• Apply 10-15 years of Oracle EBS expertise in a functional leadership role
• Facilitate business workshops and gather requirements
• Design functional solutions across Purchasing, Inventory, Order Management, BOM, WIP, and Cost Management
• Configure P2P, O2C, and manufacturing process flows including item structures and procurement approvals
• Coordinate RICEFW development, system integrations, and data migration activities
• Guide teams through CRP, UAT, cutover, and go-live phases
• Produce solution design documentation and functional specifications
• Provide functional leadership and subject matter expertise throughout the project lifecycle
