Senior Project / Service Manager (Part Time)

Currently expanding an Advanced Service Management Team dedicated to implementing innovative healthcare solutions for the IT division of a large international pharmaceutical company. The team has 40 Service Managers/Project Managers and is growing.

• 7+ years of experience in business and IT services/projects
• BC/MA degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field
• Experience with SCRUM or other Agile/Lean methods/tools
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and PMI/Agile methodologies
• Fluency in English (at least C1)
• Strong experience leading full-cycle IT operations
• Experience leading virtual, dispersed, and multinational teams
• Experience in large software product organizations and global software release delivery
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of Service Management tools (ServiceNow, Jira)
• Knowledge of Google Suite, Trello, and Tableau/BO

Nice to have:

• Experience in SAP
• Agile / Lean / ITIL / PMP / SCRUM Certificate

• Manage various processes along the IT Service lifecycle with focus on Continual Service Improvement
• Coordinate software development including maintenance and enhancement
• Deliver and coordinate software releases
• Secure service partners and vendors to meet contractual service delivery obligations
• Define, measure, and report on service deliverables
• Provide creative approaches, direction, and leadership to the team
• Build and manage business relationships with international customers and main stakeholders

Work remotely from Poland; cooperation model: B2B; part-time (0.5 FTE) at 20 hours per week; recruitment involves 2 online interviews
