Technical Data Quality Specialist (On-site)

• 3–5+ years of experience in Data Quality, Data Engineering, Data Governance, or MDM.
• Hands-on experience with Python and SQL.
• Practical knowledge of Databricks or a similar data platform.
• Experience with data validation, root cause analysis, and issue resolution.
• Understanding of data quality frameworks and controls.
• Fluent English.
• Based in Poland and available to work full-time on-site in Gdańsk or Wrocław.

Nice to have:

• Experience with SAP MDG.
• Experience in large-scale data transformation programmes.
• Knowledge of governance and compliance frameworks.

• Implement and automate data quality checks using Python and SQL.
• Analyse data and investigate data quality issues using Databricks.
• Define data quality rules, controls, and KPIs.
• Produce data quality reports and dashboards.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to resolve identified issues.

Based in Poland and available to work full-time on-site in Gdańsk or Wrocław.
