Technical Data Governance Specialist (On-site)

• 3–5+ years of experience in Data Steward position, Data Governance, Business Analysis, or Data Management.
• Understanding of data stewardship and governance principles.
• Experience working with business stakeholders and data owners.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Experience maintaining business glossaries and metadata repositories.
• Fluent English.
• Must be based in, and available to work on-site full-time from, Gdańsk or Wrocław.
• Knowledge of Python and SQL.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Data Governance frameworks.
• Experience with Master Data Management (MDM).
• Experience within enterprise transformation programs.

• Maintain and improve data governance processes and standards.
• Support business teams in defining critical data assets.
• Manage business glossaries, metadata, and data ownership structures.
• Ensure consistent use of business definitions across domains.
• Work closely with Data Governance, Data Quality, and business teams.
• Support data stewardship frameworks and governance adoption.
• Monitor compliance with data standards and policies.
