Senior AI Engineer - Enterprise AI Solutions

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
• 2+ years delivering AI/ML or Generative AI solutions in production environments
• Demonstrated experience working on enterprise-scale AI implementations
• Strong proficiency in .NET/C# development
• Strong proficiency in Python for AI/ML application development
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services and cloud-native development
• Experience with Azure OpenAI Service, Azure AI Services, Azure Functions, API Management, and Azure storage services
• Experience designing and implementing RAG architectures
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and distributed systems
• Familiarity with vector databases and semantic search technologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and business stakeholders
• Experience with Agentic AI frameworks and orchestration platforms
• Knowledge of prompt engineering, agent orchestration, deployment, monitoring, and governance

• Design and develop scalable AI applications using .NET (C#) and Python
• Build enterprise AI solutions leveraging Large Language Models, Generative AI, and Agentic AI architectures
• Develop intelligent agents and multi-agent workflows using orchestration frameworks
• Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures with vector databases and knowledge sources
• Integrate AI services with enterprise applications, APIs, and data platforms
• Build reusable AI components, services, and accelerators following best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define AI use cases and solutions
• Ensure solutions meet enterprise requirements for security, governance, scalability, and performance
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers
• Contribute to AI engineering standards and best practices
• Stay current with emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and industry trends
