Wymagania
- Minimum five (5) years of related systems or business analysis experience.
- Knowledge of software development processes and best practices.
- Ability to work independently and in a remote team environment.
- Strong technical skills with experience working within software development teams.
- Experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
- Experience with BDD methodologies and requirement definition.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to understand client requirements and underlying infrastructure, applications, systems, and processes.
Nice to have:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Business Administration or equivalent experience.
- Experience with Atlassian systems (Jira and Confluence).
- Knowledge of business-wide applications or IQVIA client-facing applications.
- Knowledge of Phase I-IV clinical trial operations and workflows.
- Expertise in clinical trial management software.
- Knowledge of clinical research, regulatory and compliance requirements such as Good Clinical Practice, HIPAA, GDPR, EMA, GAMP5, FDA 21 CFR Part 11.
Obowiązki
- Lead efforts to gather, analyze, define, document, and validate software requirements for the clinical platform.
- Engage with key stakeholders to differentiate needs versus wants and document product functionalities.
- Contribute to technical documentation including software design documents, functional specifications, and change requests.
- Create diagrams and visual assets to depict system capabilities and workflows.
- Drive effective planning, reporting, and analysis to internal functions.
- Work at a high technical level throughout most phases of systems analysis considering technology implications.
