Wymagania
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Informatics, or Business Administration.
- 7+ years as a Solution Architect or similar role in SAP S/4HANA, with expertise in Asset Management, Leasing, and Investment Management.
- Experience in regulated environments (Pharma, Biotech) with knowledge of GxP, CSV, and GDPR.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; collaborative leadership style.
- Fluent in business English.
- Knowledge of Agile, SAFe, Jira, ServiceNow, integration/middleware patterns, and onsite-offshore collaboration.
Obowiązki
- Design and guide maintainable, standardized solutions based on clean-code principles within an agile SAP S/4HANA environment.
- Mentor consultants and developers on clean-code and sustainable architectural design.
- Collaborate with Global Business teams and Product Owners to translate complex requirements into SAP proposals.
- Ensure delivery of reusable Data Products compliant with GxP, GDPR, FDA, EMA regulations, and CSV.
- Shape long-term technical vision, evaluate new technologies, and prevent technical debt.
