• Good knowledge of the English language

• Analyze business needs for ICT/Telco products and services dedicated to business clients
• Translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements using Confluence and Jira
• Collaborate with technical teams on development and integration of solutions
• Coordinate implementation of solutions
• Prepare analytical, process, and technical documentation
• Map end-to-end processes and identify areas for optimization, automation, and standardization
• Support Product Owners and Product Managers in shaping backlogs and roadmaps for ICT/Telco solutions
