• Fluent in English
• Several years of experience as a System Analyst, Requirements Engineer, Business Analyst, or similar role
• Strong experience in requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation, and management
• Experience working closely with business stakeholders, product teams, developers, and technical architects
• Practical experience creating use cases, user stories, business features, and product backlog items
• Experience working in agile software delivery environments
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes
• Hands-on experience with acceptance testing, requirements validation, and quality assurance activities
• Experience supporting release management, deployment processes, and change management
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, Miro, PowerPlatform, ServiceNow, or similar collaboration and delivery tools
• Practical knowledge of process and system modeling techniques, including UML, BPMN, or similar approaches
• Ability to assess and discuss technical feasibility of solutions with development teams
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and coordinate activities across multiple teams and stakeholders

• Experience working with LeanIX
• Experience maintaining JSON-based configuration or definition files
• Knowledge of IT service management processes
• Experience in large-scale enterprise environments
• Professional certification in Business Analysis, Requirements Engineering, Agile, or related disciplines
• Knowledge of German

• Manage communication and balance expectations between capability owners, end users, product teams, and service teams
• Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather, analyze, and validate business and system requirements
• Create and maintain use cases, process flows, and requirements documentation using established tools and standards
• Translate business needs into business features, product backlog items, and functional specifications for delivery teams
• Collaborate closely with developers, architects, and technical teams to assess solution feasibility and refine requirements
• Co-create wireframes and support solution design activities with UI development teams
• Perform acceptance testing and validate delivered functionality through pull-request-based testing and other quality assurance activities
• Coordinate release activities, including release planning, release notes, change management, and stakeholder communications
• Support pre-production and production deployments, perform release validation, and ensure successful implementation of changes
