Python Developer (f/m/x)

Sii is hiring a Python Developer to join an international team working on a strategic platform for vehicle pricing and recommendation processes. The platform handles large volumes of data, transforming it into a unified data model and providing pricing insights via APIs.

• At least 4 years of professional experience as a Python Developer with backend and data development focus
• Strong proficiency in Python, including data-processing libraries such as Pandas
• Experience with frameworks such as FastAPI or Flask
• Solid SQL skills and hands-on experience with relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL
• Experience building and orchestrating data pipelines, ideally using Airflow
• Familiarity with Git, code reviews, testing, and CI/CD practices
• Fluent communication skills in English and Polish
• Willingness to work from the Warsaw office 2–3 days per week (50% on-site)

Nice to have:

• Experience with Angular

• Designing, developing, and maintaining data ingestion and transformation pipelines
• Building and evolving the data model with a focus on data quality, consistency, and reliability
• Developing and maintaining Python backend services and REST APIs for pricing and vehicle-related data
• Integrating internal and external systems through APIs and event-driven data flows
• Writing clean, well-documented, and well-tested code ensuring production stability via monitoring and data quality checks
• Collaborating with Product Owners, Architects, Scrum Masters, and Developers to deliver scalable business solutions
