Engineering Manager with Java (m/f/n)

InPost is a leading out-of-home (OOH) e-commerce enablement platform in Europe, founded in 1999. It operates a network of over 64,000 Automated Parcel Machines (APMs) and more than 30,000 pick-up and drop-off (PUDO) points across nine European countries, providing flexible, technology-driven parcel delivery and courier services. • 6+ years of experience in software development.
• 2+ years of experience in people leadership.
• 2+ years of experience in project or delivery management.
• Strong technical background in Java.
• Experience working within a containerised cloud-native environment (GCP/AWS).
• Very good command of English (B2+) in speech and writing.
• Experience with system design and modern engineering practices.
• Proven ability to lead change and build teams in evolving environments.
• Product mindset with end-to-end ownership.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in leveraging AI tools and large language models (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude) to enhance productivity.
• Ability to critically evaluate AI-generated outputs and apply them responsibly.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, Electrical/Computer Engineering, or related field.

• Cloud certifications.

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of engineers, supporting performance and career development.
