• 15+ years experience as a Test Manager in complex projects • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field • Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, especially unit and functional testing • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder collaboration • Experience working in Agile environments

• Develop and document a detailed testing strategy tailored for migration from mainframe assembler applications to Java/SQL under Linux • Identify and integrate various testing methodologies including unit testing, functional testing, and comparison testing • Define and integrate appropriate testing tools such as X-Ray • Coordinate and oversee testing activities ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards • Support test execution across multiple phases: planning, environment setup, execution, and reporting • Act as primary liaison between architects, developers, and project management teams • Facilitate communication and collaboration to ensure alignment on testing objectives and deliverables • Lead, mentor, and manage a small test team fostering excellence and continuous improvement • Assess resource needs and support hiring and training as the project scales • Monitor and report testing progress, defects, and quality metrics to stakeholders • Identify and implement process improvements for testing efficiency • Produce comprehensive test documentation including plans, cases, and reports • Provide regular updates and status reports to senior project management and stakeholders
