The company supports various end-to-end insurance processes and operates offices in Warsaw and Gdańsk within a multicultural and international environment.

• Fluent spoken and written English
• University degree in Natural Sciences, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or related field
• Solid knowledge of programming and modeling languages such as Python (preferred) and R, business intelligence tools, and cloud technologies like Azure and AWS
• Hands-on experience in statistical modelling, machine learning, AI, and data visualization
• Knowledge in development and use of GenAI applications and large language models; MLOps experience is desirable
• Strong analytical skills and experience processing large structured, semi-structured and unstructured datasets, with experience in GenAI applications
• Willingness to innovate and proactive working style combined with networked thinking
• Willingness to travel

Nice to have:

• Fluent spoken and written German

• Developing and implementing strategic digitalisation projects with focus on (Gen)AI
• Designing and implementing machine learning and AI solutions, particularly deep learning, considering latest developments in GenAI
• Contributing to development and deployment of machine learning and (Gen)AI solutions, including model training, fine-tuning, prompt engineering, continuous monitoring and optimization
• Working closely with IT and business units in agile, cross-functional teams to implement machine learning and (Gen)AI solutions
• Helping to build and maintain a company-wide network to foster a strong AI community
• Having work experience in the insurance industry
