• Fluent written and spoken English
• Top-tier strategy consulting background with focus on IT strategy, technology transformation, or cyber security
• Proven experience (5+ years) developing and delivering Board- and C-level presentations including storylining, executive messaging, and visualization
• Strong understanding of IT strategy, operating models, and transformation governance
• Solid foundation in cyber/information security concepts such as risk management, security architectures, and regulatory environments
• Demonstrated ability to drive complex, cross-functional strategic initiatives in large, international organizations
• Excellent analytical, conceptual, and structuring skills with a strong execution and outcome orientation
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills with ability to influence senior leadership and translate complexity into clear decisions

• Drive, coordinate, and govern strategic priorities across the Group
• Orchestrate selected cross-Group cyber security and technology risk priorities
• Ensure clear ownership, aligned objectives, disciplined governance, and transparent progress reporting to senior stakeholders
• Coordinate and prepare Board and C-level responses
• Act as a trusted coordination point for planned and ad-hoc executive requests, preparing concise, fact-based, and decision-ready responses
• Develop and own C-level storylines and presentations
• Create compelling executive narratives, presentation storylines, and visual materials translating complex cyber security, risk, and transformation topics into clear messages and decisions
• Support overarching operating model transformation
• Contribute to the evolution of the Group Risk & Security operating model by supporting governance, process, and capability improvements
