Application Delivery Manager – C#/.NET / Python | Financial Technology

The role is within a technology team responsible for developing and maintaining applications supporting Central Funding in the financial sector.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in application development or application management.
• Experience managing technology teams and/or large complex application projects.
• Strong knowledge of Central Funding, including:
  • Collateral Management
  • Liquidity Management
  • Funding Optimization
• Proficiency in C#/.NET or Python and contemporary application development and deployment processes.
• Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies and tools such as Jira.
• Knowledge of financial products such as Margin, Cost Attribution, and Prime Brokerage.
• Ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders, including trading and investment management professionals.
• Capability to translate business needs into technical requirements and delivery plans.
• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Higher education degree in Computer Science, IT, Economics, or related fields.

• Manage the full lifecycle of applications from requirements gathering through deployment and support.
• Coordinate application development projects and ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate with business and technology teams to define and prioritize requirements.
• Oversee design, development, testing, and deployment of applications in both cloud and on-premises environments.
• Manage the Application Developers team, providing mentoring, technical support, and staff development.
• Monitor application performance, stability, and availability.
• Work with other technology teams and external vendors.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements and specifications for IT teams.
• Plan delivery phases and sprints; estimate timelines and communicate status.
• Collaborate with the Tech Innovation team to utilize Generative AI in Central Funding.
• Track new technologies and trends to enhance technology strategy.
• Ensure solutions comply with regulatory requirements, data security, and industry standards.
