Senior Power Platform Developer

Jit Team is a Polish IT company employing over 770 experts providing development projects and professional growth opportunities. The client is a leading insurance company in Poland with over 1000 IT employees, specializing in property and personal insurance, debt collection, and customer financial support. The project focuses on developing and automating business processes with Microsoft Power Platform and Azure services for digital transformation.

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform: Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven Apps), Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents/Copilot with at least 2 years of professional IT experience in developing solutions on Power Platform
• Practical experience creating applications based on Canvas and Model Driven
• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into Power Platform solutions
• Professional approach to work and strong responsibility towards client
• Good organization skills with ability to prioritize tasks

Nice to have:

• Creating custom components using PCF (PowerApps Component Framework)
• Knowledge of programming languages enabling extension of Power Platform components (JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, Power Fx, React)
• Experience designing and implementing citizen development in organizations
• Knowledge of other low-code platforms
• Certifications PL-100, PL-200, or PL-400

• Design and implement business solutions based on Power Platform and Azure (including Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, MS SharePoint, MS Teams, Power BI, Copilot)
• Develop effective architecture of created solutions
• Collaborate with analysts and stakeholders to ensure alignment with changing business requirements
• Prepare effort estimations for project work
• Cooperate with architect to develop and implement best practices for Power Platform solutions
• Advise on optimal solutions tailored to client needs
• Develop team competencies and implement new technologies such as Power Apps and Azure
• Collaborate in creating concepts, rules, and implementing citizen development
